CNC shops · Job shops · Sheet metal & fabrication
Turn your shop's reputation into a website that brings in RFQs.
Your work already speaks for itself on the floor. We make it do the same online — a rebuilt site and an RFQ intake system that turns visitors into quote requests with real specs attached.
Free audit. No contract, no pitch deck. We send findings in writing within 3 business days.

01 — Where quotes leak
Three things costing you RFQs right now.
A
Your website hasn't changed since 2015.
No equipment list, no tolerances, no shop photos. A buyer can't tell if you can hold their print, so they move on.
B
You rely on the same five referral sources.
When one retires or gets bought, a chunk of your pipeline goes with them. Nothing replaces it.
C
Good work isn't turning into quote requests.
People find you, then leave. There's no clear way to send a print, a STEP file, or a quantity — so they don't.
02 — What we do
Our capability list.
Listed the way you'd list yours. Take all of it or one line of it.

05 — The RFQ engine
This is the form we install on your site.
Working demo. It captures everything your estimator asks for on the phone, so the first reply can be a number instead of four more questions.
Why this converts
Most shop sites end at a contact box. A buyer with a print in hand has nowhere to put it, so they go to whoever does.
- Takes STEP, IGES, DXF, PDF prints
- Captures material, tolerance, quantity, finish up front
- Flags ITAR and quality requirements before you quote
- Routes straight to your estimator with a reference number
- Auto-acknowledges so the buyer knows it landed
RFQ received
Your estimator has been notified by email with your reference number. Expect a reply within 1 business day.
06 — Straight answers
What shop owners ask us first.
Referrals are the best work you get — we're not replacing them. The risk is concentration. When a buyer retires or a customer gets acquired, that share of your revenue leaves with no replacement in the pipeline. This gives you a second source that doesn't depend on any one relationship.
You shouldn't have to. After the kickoff call, we need about an hour a month from you — a look at the RFQs coming in and whether they're the kind of work you want. Everything else is on us. If we need shop photos or an equipment list, we come to you and get it in one visit.
Traffic on its own is worthless to a shop, which is why we report on submitted RFQs and quotable RFQs, not visits. The intake form exists so a buyer can act the moment they land. If the quote requests aren't showing up, that's our problem to fix, not a number to spin.
Website rebuild and RFQ setup are a fixed project fee, scoped after the audit so you get a real number, not a range. Ongoing search and outbound is monthly with no long-term lock-in. You'll have both figures in writing before you commit to anything.
Yes — we work with machine shops worldwide. Photos, video, and the equipment walkthrough are handled remotely wherever you're located, so distance isn't a barrier to getting started.
You do — domain, hosting, files, and the RFQ form. If you ever stop working with us, it all stays with you and keeps running. We don't hold sites hostage.
07 — Free audit
See what's costing you quotes.
We'll go through your site the way a buyer would and send you what we find, in writing. No call required to get it.
- Where buyers drop off before requesting a quote
- What you rank for now, and what you should
- How your site reads next to two local competitors
- The specific fixes, in priority order
